“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” – Philippians 4:13
Say it aloud. Again. And again. Because it’s TRUE.

When facing a hard moment, don’t start with the problem. Start by remembering who you are in Christ. You’ve already overcome so much in your life. You’ve made it through situations that once seemed impossible, and you did it by God’s grace.

But maybe you didn’t give yourself much credit—or maybe you forgot to thank God for how far He’s brought you. And that’s okay. Today’s a new day to reclaim your strength and recognize your growth.

Catastrophizing happens when we see the problem but forget our progress. But Scripture encourages us to fix our focus:

“Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.” – Philippians 4:8

Today, choose to think about what’s true:
You are growing. You are healing. You are becoming stronger and more resilient.
